This period of anti-Black resentment is not anomalous. It's historically the reaction to people looking around and being like "those Blacks are getting a bit uppity, ain't it?"

You clearly do not know enough history and it's embarrassing for you to make these posts without having historical insight. Go learn something or just keep shilling for the CIA. The "Jakarta Method" refers to the state-organized extermination of civilians to crush leftist movements and install pro-U.S. capitalist regimes. The term was popularized by journalist Vincent Bevins in his 2020 book, The Jakarta Method: Washington's Anticommunist Crusade and the Mass Murder Program that Shaped Our World. Historical Origins Indonesia (1965–1966): The name originates from the mass killings in Indonesia, where the military, with U.S. support, executed an estimated one million people to destroy the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI). U.S. Complicity: The U.S. government provided equipment, money, and "death lists" of suspected communists to the Indonesian military. Global Application The "method" became a blueprint for anti-communist operations across the globe during the Cold War: "Jakarta is Coming": This phrase was used as a threat by right-wing groups in countries like Chile and Brazil to signal that mass extermination of the left was imminent. Regional Campaigns: Bevins argues that this strategy was replicated in Latin America (e.g., Operation Condor), Asia, and Africa to ensure nations remained within an American-led capitalist model. Key Characteristics Mass Murder of Civilians: Intentional extermination of unarmed leftists, labor leaders, and intellectuals. Disappearances: A psychological warfare tactic where individuals were kidnapped and killed, leaving families in perpetual uncertainty. Regime Change: The forced replacement of democratic or reformist governments with repressive, pro-corporate authoritarian regimes.

Note: If you consider yourself a leftist yet the only way you can engage with Black Americans is with hostility, you're not as progressive as you'd like to think. Your reply will be hidden, so don't bother.

“They’re Nazis” No, they’re confederates. That’s what they’re called in the U.S.
