@CaitlinPacific Of course! It’s a piping-hot baked potato with salted crusty exterior and Boursin Shallot & Chive cheese whipped in. (I have cold so I’m comfort-food eating all-day-long)

Made the bed, drank the tea, walked the dog, read a little bit, did the yoga, and now there is just nothing for it but to start work.

Loaded Baked Potato Soup 5 potatoes 1 tbsp olive oil 8 bacon slices 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 medium yellow onion, diced 2 large carrots, diced 2 C. milk 1 pkage Boursin cheese 1 carton chicken stock 1 tbsp fresh Rosemary, chopped 1 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped S & P to taste

Hands down the best thing on television in 2023 @TheBearFX. Some series are bugged others are savoured - this is firmly in the latter camp. Roll on Season 3 - but in the meantime I’m off to make a Boursin and crisp omelette

Mmmm... meet boursin chicken. Recipe in thread. I added garlic to mine, would recommend shallots. White wine mixed with chicken stock, and added sautéed tomatoes, and spinach...topped on spaghetti. I could drink this stuff. 😂😋🧄🧅🍅🍗🥘
