@boohoo had literally got to be the worst online shop EVER, so I place an order on 8th for NDD and because shitty @Hermesparcels keep updating delayed @boohoo expect me to wait until 21st 😂 joke of a company

@boohoo_cshelp why do you insist on using Hermes they couldn't deliver on time if their lives depended on it this is every delivery. A customer doesnt expect to pay NDD to receive "sorry your package is delayed" taking into the following day with still no update.
