@coachlaw71 @Tier1athlete We hit this old school 5/5/5 body weight circuit as a class. Day one I express my desire that they learn each other quickly and do the best to help each other grow. That means bring an extra pair of shoes or required colors for the day. Kids love each other more than 5/5/5
