@FelixAmazonCat Nice one. What was your favorite stop in China this time?

@zack_zrr Exactly. A great ad can win the first order, but the product experience wins the second one.

Most ecom brands spend everything building trust in the ad and nothing building trust in the product.
That is why their customers buy once and disappear.
When I was dropshipping, I had no visibility into what the customer actually received.
I knew what the ad said. I had no idea whether the product delivered it. The Meta ROAS looked fine.
The repeat rate told a completely different story.
Nobody was coming back, and I spent a long time blaming the creative before I understood that the creative was the least of my problems.
The ad makes a promise. The product either keeps it or breaks it.
Everything else, the creative, the copy, the targeting, is just the mechanism that gets someone to make the first purchase.
What happens after that purchase is what determines whether you have a brand or an expensive customer acquisition machine that resets to zero every month.
With my ecom brands like Nuamore, every operational decision traces back to one standard:
the product has to overdeliver on the expectation the ad created.
Not match it but overdeliver.
That means supplier decisions are brand decisions. Quality control is a brand decision.
Packaging, fulfillment speed, how the customer service team handles a complaint, all of it is brand decision-making, not operational admin.
Most founders treat those things as back-office details.
The brands doing $3M+/month treat them as the product itself.
Trust is not something your marketing builds.
It is something your operations either earn or destroy with every single order that ships.
Stop optimizing the ad.
Start owning what happens after it works.

Learning Shopify coding changed how I see e-commerce.
I used to design & develop landing pages,
until I decided to go deeper,
Now I'm building Shopify pages with code for a client, focusing on one thing: conversion.
