@RadioClydeNews @EISUnion Even though teachers in Scotland are already paid between 10% - 20% more than their counterparts in the rest of the UK. Maybe they should realise how well they're paid in Scotland compared to the rest of the UK.

BREAKING: Teachers across Scotland have voted overwhelmingly to strike over pay, The @EISUnion says 96% of members are in favour of walkouts. It rejected the latest Scottish Government pay offer of 5% almost three months ago.

Today my Higher class practiced their RUAE skills to music. IYOW song generator and then imagery analysis with the Queen of metaphor herself T.Swift. They did so well!

@MissD_English_ @TAEnglishDept Sounds amazing! Any chance you have a list of the songs you used / a picture of the spinning wheel?

@BowermanMiss @TAEnglishDept I had a spinning wheel on the computer with song titles I thought they would all know/would work for the task and then gave them all a chance to come up to the desk and spin the wheel- whatever it landed on was their song and then their partner had to try guess the song.
