@AoifeMhaith Absolutely! I'm a pelvic health physio and I'm always trying to remind people that leaking is common but not normal and that there's so much that Physio can do to help! Pads are great as a temporary measure, but it's all about treating the cause not the symptoms! 💯

At the start of lockdown, I decided I'd try focus on getting a strict handstand push up (without the kipping action) Literally couldn't do one 🙈 but followed a programme one of my coaches gave me and I'm able to do 10 unbroken now! 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🙌 #crossfit #LockdownLife #QuarantineLife
