Why pay capital gains tax to pay off 3.25%? Also inflation protection and tax benefits.
Unless you can't sleep at night, keep that 3.25% forever

Bought Feb 2026 $FIG puts today as a portfolio hedge against my risk assets. The stock is still overvalued by half imo and will continue to overcorrect to the downside whenever equities finish rallying. Willing to add more to the position if we dead cat $90+
