She had a warrant. She caused thousands of dollars of damages of private and public property for her stupid little stunt.

It’s the 4th amendment sir no unreasonable search or seizure. I’m not exiting my vehicle because I switched lanes illegally.

A traffic stop can look routine, but there's no such thing for the officer walking up to that window. They never truly know who or what they're facing, or how desperate someone might be. That kind of uncertainty takes grit. @XelanUSA @IndianaGPA Yes, during a lawful traffic stop, police officers can order both drivers and passengers to exit the vehicle without additional suspicion. This authority stems from the U.S. Supreme Court's decisions in Pennsylvania v. Mimms (1977) and Maryland v. Wilson (1997),

The ORDER was not lawful until they showed CAUSE, which they never did. She tried to escape violent people. Civil Rights are not optional. The cops should have done correct procedures. If I were her, I’d sue everyone and I guarantee I’d win. I support lawful, Constitutional respecting cops but these were not that type—closer to idiots than professionals. If I were their chief, I send them back to training. In many countries, criminals, terrorists and even pro hitmen dress as cops and drive cars that look like cop vehicles. I have witnessed it firsthand.

@XelanUSA @IndianaGPA When the police tell you to do something, you do it and sort it out later. She disobeyed a lawful order to get out of her car and then proceeded to use her car as a weapon, causing thousands of dollars worth of damages.

Looks like a civil rights color of authority violation and these cops need to be investigated. No known probable cause. A traffic ticket only requires the window to be cracked open enough to pass documents. 100s of women have been assaulted, raped and murdered by police so they are smart to question cops when things make no sense. She was in fear of her life from violent people trying to break in. The cops should have quit with the AUTHORITARIAN TYRANT TALK and shown her the warrant (if they really had one) or just wrote a ticket. BAD COPS are why the public doesn’t trust these government workers with badges, guns, and all too often use of excessive force.

@kelkybugi @Moonlight_myths Because it's a break of trust. When I women has a child that child and the chemicals it creates in your brain attaches you to the father. If he wasn't the father, she wouldn't care. He helped make the child and asking for DNA twice sound like he just wants out.

My sister gave birth to a red-haired daughter. But she and her husband are both dark-haired. No one in our family has red hair. My sister insists that her husband's great-grandfather was red-haired, and that's how it was passed down. Her husband didn't believe her, especially since she has this one red-haired colleague at work. Anyway, he insisted on a DNA test, which they did after huge fights and screaming matches. My sister threw the paper in his face. It showed 99.9% he's the father. But he still doesn't believe it, says the test could have been faked or someone paid off the lab. He wants to do another one at a different lab, but my sister is afraid this will definitely lead them to divorce He's not even talking to my sister right now. But he says it's better to find out the truth and live with a clear conscience. He doesn't want to raise someone else's child. I believe my sister 100%, but I have to admit the situation is pretty bizarre. Does anyone know anything about genetics?

@kelkybugi @Moonlight_myths Because he doesn’t trust her. He’s insulting her. It’s humiliating. He could do it on his own without her knowledge and get the peace of mind he needs without blowing up their marriage. Cheek swab for him, cheek swab for the baby. Handle it himself. Too late now.
