@XelanUSA @IndianaGPA When the police tell you to do something, you do it and sort it out later. She disobeyed a lawful order to get out of her car and then proceeded to use her car as a weapon, causing thousands of dollars worth of damages.

A traffic stop can look routine, but there's no such thing for the officer walking up to that window. They never truly know who or what they're facing, or how desperate someone might be. That kind of uncertainty takes grit. Father of the year! This father came to the rescue of his daughter, who was being harassed by a customer. The customer was harassing her and following her around to the point that the manager would walk her to her car during her breaks. She told the man she was only 16, to which he replied, “That’s okay, I’m only 30.” What a sick creep. Glad this dad stepped up and confronted the guy.

The new HiRISE image finally dropped, and the orientation of the plume is the part nobody at NASA wants to talk about, so yet again Avi Loeb has stepped up to the plate. Look closely and you will see that the brightest extension isn’t pointing toward the Sun… it’s pointing ahead of the object, aligned with its direction of motion, which is not normal comet physics. A plume toward the Sun is expected as sunlight hits surface ice and lights up the coma. A plume away from the Sun is caused by radiation pressure that pushes dust backwards. A trailing stream behind the object is also standard, drag in the solar wind slows particulate flow. But a plume perpendicular to the Sun and leading the object? That’s where every just a comet explanation collapses. It looks like something is clearing its own path sweeping micrometeorites out of the way or illuminating material ahead of the body. That’s the kind of behavior you’d expect from a technological vehicle, not an interstellar snowball. And this is coming from NASA’s own HiRISE release, a 3.2 second exposure from Oct 2, conveniently released seven weeks later and smoothed into a featureless blur everywhere except the one direction they couldn’t hide. Over the next few weeks, the big guns, the ground based telescopes, Hubble, and JWST will get real spectra, jet velocities, and mass loading measurements. Those numbers will decide everything, we will know if it shows natural sublimation or controlled thrust. We’ll also see whether anything left 3I/ATLAS like icy fragments… or probes.
