Sign up separately via Cloudflare, add your site and it'll then copy your DNS zone records. Then replace SiteGround's nameservers with those it provides you and you should be all set in a couple of hours or so.

We've received reports that a number of Google bot networks cannot crawl some websites using our DNS service. After thoroughly audit of our DNS, we can confirm there is no blocking on our end that prevents such crawling, nor we see any logs suggesting an issue with our systems.

Thanks should really go to @Miromindcom and @studio48uk who first brought to my attention that Cloudflare was a viable fix! (Now let's all hope Cloudflare doesn't bring up any new issues of its own... 😅)

Already the 4th day we can't running Google ads. Incredible! I can't describe how disappointed we are about SiteGround. Surely a big company like #Siteground just has to fix this in a few hours? It hurts extra because these are the most important months... @SiteGround

@designbyemmma @SiteGround Snap. We're losing orders by the hour and like many others have families to feed and staff to pay. I wonder if it's related to Siteground's recent DNS changes - if so, I'm not sure I buy the "everything's fine at our end" line.

@Marie_Haynes We would like to confirm that we are aware of the issue with Google crawler bots not being able to access sites hosted on our platform. We've contacted Google's support team and are working with them on a resolution with top priority.

Anyone else hosted on Siteground having Google issues?
