Status Update: We are glad to inform you that we have implemented a fix for the Google bot crawling issue experienced by some sites. Websites are already being crawled successfully. Please allow a few hours for the DNS changes to take effect. Thank you for your patience!

We've received reports that a number of Google bot networks cannot crawl some websites using our DNS service. After thoroughly audit of our DNS, we can confirm there is no blocking on our end that prevents such crawling, nor we see any logs suggesting an issue with our systems.

@SiteGround This is probably connected to the fact that all Siteground infrastructure is at Google Cloud actually,.. since last year.

Update on the issue reported by some users regarding Google bots unable to crawl their sites: We traced it down to a network issue between AWS Global Accelerator service and Google. We’re collaborating with engineers from both teams to fix it. We appreciate your patience!

@designbyemmma @SiteGround Snap. We're losing orders by the hour and like many others have families to feed and staff to pay. I wonder if it's related to Siteground's recent DNS changes - if so, I'm not sure I buy the "everything's fine at our end" line.

@SiteGround Hi, this needs sorting ASAP. Im unable to run any shopping campaigns due to your hosting blocking the site crawl. This is losing my business money. Do you have an estimated time as to when this is going to be solved?
