Spencer Pratt has created a phone app that will be used for accountability of public officials if he’s elected Mayor of Los Angeles Here’s how it works - Residents will be able to report things like piles of trash - They can upload a video, the location is geotagged - An email will be sent out to all the public officials for the problem - The app will keep track of their record of addressing the problems - A ranking system will be made showing how successful each public official is in each area If they did fix issues they’ll have a high score, if they ignore issues they’ll have a failing score Then voters can easily see which public officials should be voted for and who needs to be voted out

@AngryCops Energy costs skyrocket for anyone on that grid. Also, they often use local tax money (or tax credits) to fund the building and/or infrastructure updates needed to operate it. They provide very little tax revenue, but use lots of money from subsidies. They're insanely noisy too.

@SteverDrums @adamcarolla Durum semolina is what I use for my homemade lasagna noodles. It definitely doesn't give that bloated feeling like others do.

@adamcarolla Pasta from pure durum wheat still has carbs but doesn't make you feel like shit after you eat it. Big difference from regular pasta.

What shocks me whenever I come to the USA is how much BETTER the place and people are in real life compared to what gets amplified on social media. This is true almost everywhere, but because so much online 'content' originates from the US, it's particularly striking.
