FLOOD WATCH #3: Up to 20 mm of precipitation is expected Thursday afternoon and evening. Higher amounts of rain are possible in areas that are impacted by thunderstorms. Soil in the watershed is currently saturated and water levels of the main Credit River and major tributaries are elevated. Several locations have already exceeded the top of the banks.
