I’ll never trash Ben White. You won’t get that from me. 🔴 He’s given everything to this project. Him, Saka, Gabriel, Saliba — the core that carried us. From 21/22 to 23/24, Ben White was relentless. Playing every few days, consistently delivering 8/10 performances. Always available. Always demanding the ball. Always up for the fight. Doing the dirty work, the details, the things people don’t always notice. He played through injuries too. That night at St James’ — strapped up, still showing up when we needed him. Very few deserve to lift trophies here more than him. Now he’s coming back from burnout and injuries. This is when he needs support, not noise. Let’s back him. He’s earned that. Benjamin White ❤️ #COYG #Arsenal

Raptors have got to a Game 7 off pure heart, will and fight. No Immanuel Quickley, no Brandon Ingram, Scottie running on fumes, rookies playing 40 minutes, and they’re one game away from winning a series no one gave them a shot in hell. So proud of these boys❤️

Sorry, but this is disrespectful to our players and manager who have scored the most goals this season in the PL and in all comps compared to any other English team and it’s only 3rd or 4th in the top 5 leagues. The team is tired, we’ve had substantial injuries up front and the performance levels of most of our attackers have had a drop this season, and yet we are still there on the top. And this is because Arsenal has probably the most amount of variances into how to score goals. Our new signings get schtick on their performance levels, yet they have kept Arsenal fighting at the top for every title while our best/most experienced players have been injured. The have taken responsibility since the first day they put their Arsenal shirt on, in their first season! We are at a stage of the season where nothing other than winning matters. The time for analyzing tactics, chemistry between players is done, even if we are seeing these things happen only now because of injuries, is gone. It’s time for everyone to step up and deliver wether it’s with beautiful football or grinding through games. We will have time in the summer to review and improve where needed.

Not defending it in the slightest but just caught the Eze goal last night, has anyone ever thought that the majority of the ‘marginalisation’ of Arsenal’s football ie. set pieces & routines is mostly down to a lack of attacking quality? Outside of Eze, Havertz & Saka, the majority of the rest are pretty mediocre. City have beautiful patterns between the front 4 but mostly because Cherki is a wizard, Doku is one of the best box enterers I’ve seen, Haaland’s a generational striker & Semenyo has insane talents for a wide attacking forward. Don’t get me wrong, the majority of it is an Arsenal/Arteta/Berta issue but can’t help but think they’ve needed a superstar attacker for 4 years and the rigidity & ‘boringness’ argument is largely because of the players he’s working with. Idk, just a thought I’ve had for a few weeks.

Glad a player has come out and referenced the anxiety felt when we look to play out. Issue with social media discourse is people are either deliberately obtuse or have minimal comprehension skills. The fans are absolutely supportive, however I’ve said many times that one of my biggest pet peeves are the sounds of groaning when we are looking to build out of the press, especially after making an error. The two aren’t mutually exclusive. As someone who is privileged to go around 10 times a season and have been doing so for more than a decade, this is just how I feel in moments. And it’s not exclusive to this season btw.

To people waking up and going to their standard go to “blame Odegaard” default settings after yesterday who must have clearly not been watching the same game I was: Miss me 🤷🏽‍♂️ More of this from your Martin. The real ones are right behind you. 🫵🏽🔴
Sam Blitz@SamBIitz

Doesn't mean loads the morning after but that was a performance that showed the importance of Martin Odegaard. Arsenal's press - led by him - looked so different. Must start the remaining five matches. Mad how him, Saka and Havertz haven't started together since Dec. 2024. #afc

#MCIARS My two cents… Shucks. 🤦‍♂️ Well played City. Nico O’Reilly looks a very special player. Bernardo Silva remains outrageously press-proof. Deeply irritating how good they are. We had our moments. Eze. Kai. Kai again. At this level you don’t get reminders. You get punished. As someone said on our WA group, “The Manchester Post is my favourite publication now.” Painfully accurate. Need some luck sometime. On another day Jorginho hits the bar and it bounces back into goal off a diving Emi Martinez?!? Eze on the left, Kai up top felt right. Mikel’s plan worked more than it didn’t. Kai gave us a proper out ball, held it better than Gyok does, brought others in. That Havertz goal was pure hustle. Eze didn’t score but easily one of his better games. If Martin is properly back, Eze has to pls lock down that left side now. This always had tight, nervy chess match written all over it. Margins were thin. Ours blinked first. City’s extra game is Burnley. No disrespect, but that smells like +3. Then it’s level and you’re backing City’s run-in muscle memory every single time. And lastly… those 115 charges. If that saga ever actually concludes, I’d ideally want Arsenal to legit win it first and then let the verdict drop. Last thing one wants is a title decided in a courtroom instead of on the pitch. Till it’s mathematically possible… Believe #COYG
