1 cup Greek yogurt - 22g protein 2 tbsp peanut butter - 16g protein Fruit - 3g protein 41g plus 8g if you use milk too so 41-49g protein in a smoothie. I usually add the same amounts of those ingredients to a bowl of oatmeal. Almost all my protein for the day in one sitting 👍🏼

Instead of wasting your money on this stupid shit just buy a variety of berries, bananas and make a smoothie with Greek yogurt + peanut butter. You don’t need milk with the yogurt but you can still add that too if you want even more protein.
