@DigitalDaisyX I'm new, just picked up my 2026 3awd in early March. I have noticed it's figuring out my lane options more often.

@Brandobean4 That’s actually a big win.
once it starts learning your routine like that then you’re set.

Stay away from Osaga Orange.
Here's a grok summary and it is wild in the MW/NE - This is one of the hardest and densest woods in North America. On the Janka hardness scale, it scores around 2,040–2,620+ (sometimes reported even higher), roughly twice as hard as white oak. The wood is heavy, close-grained, and extremely tough—dry Osage orange will quickly dull chainsaw blades, saws, and tools. It's legendary among firewood cutters and fence-post makers for how difficult it is to work with once seasoned.

@MyTeslaMoonship I’m in the upper 80’s. I travel a lot for work around the country by plane and have to rent a car. In 1.5 months I can’t stand having to drive a rental car myself anymore. I guess it will force keeping my skills up.

Still averaging 93% FSD usage.
I think mostly relying on FSD is great but people still need to know how to drive, at least for a little bit longer. What if you had to drive a friend’s car for whatever reason? It’s just nice to know you can right? I am not counting people who use FSD because they couldn’t really drive without it anyway. Now if my friend’s car was a stick shift, I’d be stuck!!! 🤣🤣🤣
And looking at lifetime mileage vs 14.2 miles, Ganymede only had v13 for about 10 miles.

@DigitalDaisyX Around 85%. Most of the manual driving is mine son, but I do love taking over with no traffic on a fun road.

@mikepat711 Nice, I do this each day as I travel throughout the US every week and my Red Barchetta sites in it's reserved spot in the airport garage.

I’m currently over 500 miles away from my Tesla Model Y. I just drove by a bunch of Cybertrucks and cool looking modded Model 3’s and it made me wonder how my Tesla is doing, so I checked in.
You can literally be on the other side of the world and you’re still able to check in on your car/control it from your phone. Soon you’ll be able to send it wherever you want from your phone too.

@briandstone I will give it a try this week! I was worried they would be overwhelmed.
English

@Brandobean4 You need to put them in the drivers seat individually and take them for a peaceful stress free ride without trying to explain everything at one time. That worked for me. Good luck!

My mom took delivery of her second Tesla today, a Model Y Performance! Three years ago, it took a lot to convince her to give Tesla a chance. Her 2023 Model X was her first EV. When it came time for a new car this year, she said she will own nothing but Tesla the rest of her life. She relies heavily on FSD and couldn’t have a car without it. Thank you to the wonderful people at Tesla Sarasota for being so kind and accommodating to my mom today!!

@Higs5658475 @Nobunny333 Nice. We made some more advanced lauchers as time went on. The gigg was up when we had some hits on some guy in his yard just after someone messed up and it went off in the car. We just focused on drinking and driving after that. Priorities

@Brandobean4 @Nobunny333 Used to use the shop vac tubes as launchers on our shoulder with bottle rockets. Good times.

@MyTeslaMoonship She's a beaut Clark :) Love it. Enjoying my 2 week old 3
