In Latin America it's actually normal for people to run businesses out of their homes. IMO this makes for neighborhoods that are much more vibrant. It also reduces the power of the state because so many people have informal income.

@calvinfroedge Technically speaking, by law, you absolutely can renounce and be stateless. Getting that done is entire other can of worms though.

The USA will not allow you to renounce if that action will render you stateless. In order to renounce you first need a second citizenship. In order to get a 2nd citizenship the United States has to give you authentications. They block emigration by refusing to do this.

The only viable plan for Obamacare is to repeal it and replace it with the free market. But since #Trump refuses to advocate for that, it will not be replaced with anything. Forcing insurance companies to cover pre-existing conditions isn't health insurance; it's free healthcare.

@wander_investor They may as well be using dollars. The Argentinan Peso is roughly 1 to 1 with the dollar now in their "blue" rate. National is still a bit off. Inflation is beating the common people senseless. Many things are up 300-500% in the last year or less. Milei seems to be trying though!
