Important to note this is my opinion on the best 10 weight class split, 11 weight class splits is an entirely different conversation/debate

I’ve given this a decent amount of thought throughout the years; my personal breakdown below! Middle and upper weights feel free to hate my take. I have been around many wrestlers that routinely spend or spent the offseason 15 - 20 pounds over competition weight

NCAA Wrestling needs another weight. I’d say something like 235 ILB would be good for 2 reasons. 1. It’s easier for wrestlers who wanna bump up or down and make weight. 2. It’s more wrestling and it would be more fun to see a new weight in action in this new world of wrestling.
