TEXAS SENATE RACE: James Talarico is in the San Francisco Bay Area for days raising money to win a Texas seat. Of his $40.3 million, most came from outside the state. Too radical for Texas, bankrolled by California and New York Democrats. Time to repeal the 17th Amendment.
