Just in case this might help, sharing below what I believe helped me resolve this misunderstanding and get my Google Play account unbanned: 1. Over more than a decade of professional career as an Android developer and consultant, I've never done any shady stuff. 2. This was an organization account for a US based company (went through all the hassle to avoid preliminary testing requirement and situations just like this one; oh, well). 3. I read Google Play policies and did my best to adhere to them (e.g. created external page for accounts deletion, added button to report content in the app, etc.). 4. Clearly communicated facts about my experience with Android apps and my history with Google Play in the appeal letter (limited to 1000 words) 5. Following recommendation from @_PaulyC_ , I reached out to @GooglePlayBiz in DMs asking them whether I can do anything to expedite my appeal review. 6. Kept my composure. 7. Shared my story on X and made delicate jokes, without resolving to name calling and negativity (well, I don't really know that this helped in any way, but I want to believe that someone from Google Play had a look and realized that I'm a honest developer and, maybe, even got the jokes).

Just got the most dreaded email from Google Play. Less than a month after launching my app. Hope it’s just a mistake that can be fixed through an appeal, but the vague explanation and lack of details still make my stomach sink. My dream and months of work are on the line...
