@Cinepolis El problema es doble: la app no me deja entrar si estoy en EE.UU., solo funciona con VPN como si estuviera en México. Y aunque logro entrar, mis tarjetas americanas (débito y crédito) son rechazadas. Si tengo tarjeta nacional y también me la rechaza.

@Cinepolis Hola, gracias por responder. Adjunto las capturas del error. Esto pasa siempre que estoy fuera de México, aunque vivo en la frontera y cruzo diario. Es frustrante no poder usar la app como debería. Ojalá lo puedan resolver pronto.

@AffinityDefi I tried on my computer, iPad and phone. I also used different browsers and on the iPad and phone I took off the WiFi and still got the same result

@Brandon_Nava_V One last question for you to help dig into this. Have you used multiple devices ie. Phone, PC, tablet etc and getting the same error? If on your phone, try wifi and celldata.
