The most incredible day! On cloud 9 and just replaying the entirety of yesterday in my head non stop! I owe so much to @samaritans, a charity massively close to my heart and honoured to raise as much money as possible for such a good cause!

Thank you for all of the love yesterday 🏃‍♂️ 🥇 7 marathons down and I still haven’t mastered getting up and down the stairs elegantly

Set a treadmill at 21kph ( max most will go to) and try to run for 30 seconds on it. That's what he did for 1 hour, 59 minutes and 30 seconds. The peak of human physical achievement. Insane, absolutely insane.

WHAT HAVE WE JUST WITNESSED? 🤯 Sabastian Sawe has just become the first person in history to run a sub two-hour marathon in race conditions. Yomif Kejelcha was also under two hours for second!
