THE IDIOT was obstructing law enforcement officers and brandishing a weapon. ALL was matters was if the agents THOUGHT the armed man could be a threat and all they knew was: 1. He was resisting 2. He was armed 3. HIs gun fired They shot him because those facts made them fear for their lives. Indisputable facts. Their perceived threat of great bodily harm or injury is the ONLY THING that matters in determining justification. And 99% of people would’ve acted the same way. End of story. Stop it. We are not allowing another American patriot and community serving hero to be in prison for life like Derek Chauvin because Democrats want fundraising commercials and the media wants to grift since they finally have emotional viewers.

What’s happening in Minnesota is appalling—and unacceptable in any American city. Democrats sought common sense reforms in the Department of Homeland Security spending bill, but because of Republicans’ refusal to stand up to President Trump, the DHS bill is woefully inadequate to rein in the abuses of ICE. I will vote no. Senate Democrats will not provide the votes to proceed to the appropriations bill if the DHS funding bill is included.

Regarding Minnesota @SenateGOP Both deaths were preventable Both were the result of THEIR choices to engage - negatively impede- ICE officers. Their actions were intentional. They wanted to be famous for interfering. That is why they were there ! Both engaged in a dangerous game that cost them everything. Like taking a chance to snowboard outside of the boundary- crossing a line can result in your death. One cannot decide in the heat of the moment to stop the storm your actions caused.
