RFK Jr. casually revealed his diet on Paul Saladino’s podcast… and it’s nothing like the “healthy” advice you usually hear.
He usually skips breakfast (intermittent fasting), eats eggs and bacon when he does have it, snacks on nuts, pistachios, and dried mango, has steak or protein for dinner, stops eating after 7pm, and refuses to count calories. No processed food, nothing with more than three ingredients.
His philosophy? Focus on food quality and eat what you want — in large amounts.
While everyone obsesses over tracking apps and restriction, RFK Jr. stays lean and energetic by keeping it simple and focusing on real food.
This was refreshing. It challenges the idea that you need to be miserable and restrictive to stay healthy.
What’s your take — could this kind of straightforward, no-tracking approach actually work better for most people than complicated diets?

@4closureFraud @MarioNawfal I read 20 children's books in 2 weeks just to get a free personal pizza for Book It once!

That’s honestly exactly the kind of balance I hope survives.
AI helping with documentation, pattern recognition, scheduling, and admin work makes sense to me. But when someone’s scared, vulnerable, sick, anxious, or trying to feel heard… human presence matters.
A patient usually remembers how a doctor made them feel just as much as the diagnosis itself.

One thing I think people are underestimating is that AI might actually increase the value of genuinely human jobs.
As more work becomes automated, people are probably going to crave real human interaction even more. Not everything is about efficiency or getting the fastest possible answer. A lot of people want to feel understood, motivated, cared for, relaxed, healthier, more confident, or simply less alone.
That’s why I could honestly see huge growth in things like personal training, coaching, massage therapy, teaching, wellness spaces, barbershops, salons, hospitality, and community-based businesses over the next decade.
A robot might cut hair perfectly one day, but that’s not really why people go to a barber or salon in the first place. The conversation, the energy, the trust, the feeling of being looked after
that stuff matters more than people realize.
I think the more digital life becomes, the more valuable real human presence becomes too.

@ofctimallen I'd recommend hiding the tub of baseball cards from my dad, who I'm pretty sure threw them out. Also, I'd buy gold and bitcoin

@Kekius_Sage Yes. I think that God is the source of all general consciousness, but our brains localize each of our consciousnesses to the individual.

@MarioNawfal Yeah, they are actually the only spider I like, regardless of the fact that they want to jump on my face.

@AlpacaAurelius My parents did that on 20 acres. It was a great way to grow up.

@gatorgar My 12 year old daughter just finished watching all the seasons of Malcom in the Middle in our family room this past year, so I heard this (theme) song on repeat for an entire year.
