@its_gingy @slime_machine Sean actually has pretty solid take down defence, never been held down and not a single person has been able to even attempt a submission on him, but he has never been tested by a grappler of khamzat’s skill, which is why this fight is so exciting to me

i don’t follow ufc but is sean strickland really a +300 underdog i thought he was like good at the game or whatever

@Brawlpro @TheRomanjelly I guess that makes sense, it's a bit of a shame because the game encourages some cool stuff, but it's also much easier to just abuse the systems and play degen/boring.

Through my very limited time in SF6, it feels like player expression is more diverse than in T8.

@GameStrikerX2 @TheRomanjelly I'm not talking about Gief. So many chars are like this. Sagat, ryu, lili, manon, all shotos actually except maybe(?) akuma. Aki is just bubble drive rush or her mvc combos, all aki I've fought at gm play exactly the same can't tell any apart from each other. Just 1 example.

@Brawlpro @TheRomanjelly ALSO YOU PLAY GIEF BRUH LOL of course the game feels more streamlined than Tekken 8. Not dogging on you of course, but Gief is fundamentally a strike/throw character, and that kind of drive rush throw loop mixup is his entire character basically, so I see why you think that way.
