@Tesco One thing you could do within hours/days is to put recycling bins out in store to allow those customers who wish to remove the packaging to have a facility to do so. This would be visibly very good for Tesco and would allow for ease of recycling. Tesco can then process it. Simple

@BTCare Previously yes, I tried to log a report 3 days in a row but every time it went through your tedious lengthy online process the router just kept re-booting. The online process acknowledged a problem but told me it couldn’t complete its process because of poor connection! Grrrr

@bt_uk why is your broadband so very very poor?? My router hub 6 just re-boots itself randomly every few minutes. It has been like this for weeks. Basically we have no service yet you still charge me full amount. I am now fed up with it

@jet2tweets stuck on a coach in car park at Leeds at Bradford airport flights cancelled and have no idea what is going on. Supposed to have been half way to Berlin. Appalling customer service, non existant communication. Very unhappy customer. #flight #jet2 #poorcustomerservice
