@SmartestMetsGuy @MXTracy66 @JamesNolanFS A lot of people give Stearns shit with how the deadline went. No one saw that Helsley was gonna become shit. We Expected Mullins to be at least an average bat. Rogers was decent. The main reason I got mad at Stearns was how bullpen was manage. Stanek should have been dfa etc.

I wasn’t as mad that Stearns didn’t buy in for a big time pitcher because senga who looked great in 2023 was returning, manaea just had a huge year and Peterson look solid

I guess Stearns thought Montas would have one too. Honestly curious to see how it would’ve panned out if he didn’t get hurt
