@Boxingtalkg I agree I didn't want to nitpick but I would put Elway above or same tier as Brees also. But this list overall is very good.

@BreadmanBoxing Agreed. Obviously Mahomes is joining tier 1 and I’d put elway above Brees, or add him to tier 2, but overall sound pyramid.

Better left hook to the body...Gerald McClellan or Mickey Ward. Not who's the better fighter just that one shot. The liver hook?

@CarlMoretti @ski9389216 The instructions don't matter. Fighters get hurt in boxing. In a fight of that magnitude with that short amount of time left you don't stop the fight. Chavez was special but he got too many close calls for the MT fight to be a coincidence. Whitaker, Randall II....hmm...

@EdJBAnderson @CarlMoretti That's exactly what he was doing because he knew he had minimal time left to get King's guy the call. Shortly after that he blew the Tyson vs Ruddock call also causing an immediate rematch. Not a coincidence.

@snboxing 100% I think that one trick pony criticism got to him so he decided to add layers to his game and by attempting to add layers he took away his super power.

@BreadmanBoxing The other thing that helped him was his low volume. Most would try to fix that. But the fact that the opponents didn’t see too many right hands, they couldn’t adjust to it.

It hasn’t occurred to most people that if Wilder had been more conventional, he probably doesn’t go as far.
EngineerGuy4me@EngineerGuy4me

Penny for your thoughts @snboxing . Now that this Wilder Scott tandem is over for the foreseeable future, I’m curious to see which hall of fame trainer would have been successful in fixing Wilder’s technical flaws: a. Emmanuel Steward b. Eddie Futch c. Angela Dundee d. Lou Duva

Bam GOES OFF on the people that say his 83 point game was “unethical" 👀 "Y’all are blaming me. You should be blaming the head coach. I was not the one who let me go one-on-one the whole game until I had 70 then you sent the double. At that point, I had 70 with 9 mins to go. You think I'm not going for it?" "That's the thing that's crazy when they talk about unethical part of the basketball. If I have 70 with 9 mins to go, who would be like, coach just take me out? Yeah, right!" "You can't be mad at that. If you are mad, I don't care. A lot of people, they're upset. If they did play, they never got the chance to get that close to chasing greatness. If you get that close, that's the point of chasing it so you can surpass it." “You can watch the film. I was legitimately getting fouled every time. So I went to the free throw line."

@dukelu78 I'm not new to anything. I responded to a post. And just because it's been going on for years doesn't make it right.

@horror4kids Yup I've seen it. I've also seen average kids make big time teams because their mom's got a little cozy with the coaches. I've seen rich parents pay extra and bribe for playing time. Then the kicker I've seen new out of town players get to show up on game day.
