I wonder how many maggots, as a percentage, make it to being flies. I believe there's a metaphor here, "Just because we're doing the same shit, doesn't mean we're all fly".

Clearwater is a nice mall. It’s so pleasant. And light. It’s without the heaviness of demon laden Sandton City. It’s also so easy to navigate. It’s perfect for going to the mall culture.

AmaXhosa are more English, German and Israeli than most English, Germans and Israelis. It’s in everything they do. But when you say these things, bayaqumba. Amakrwala dress like English men, wives dress like Germans, amasiko follow Jewish ways.

@Breakbeats_SA @_penguinband 'Msunu kaNyoko' is Zulu slang for "your mother's cunt" (or "your mom's pussy/vagina"). Strong insult.

@Breakbeats_SA @Puzzlesonly Are you unable to grasp the concept of negative numbers? They aren't literal animals, it's merely presented that way because the average person foams at the mouth when forced to read notation as opposed to nice pictures. This was learnt in primary school, was it not?

Your treadmill and smartwatch are lying to you about how many calories you burn. A Stanford study tested 7 popular fitness devices and found every single one overestimated calorie burn. The most accurate was still off by 27%. The worst? 93% off. They use generic formulas based on speed and weight not taking into account your fitness level, body composition, or how efficiently you move. Most people don't know that the fitter and more skilled you are at the activity the less calories you burn. Machines don't know that. The worst part isn't the bad data but what people do with it. They eat back those exercise calories and justify eating more because their screen said they earned it. Personally, I'd take the numbers your devices give you with a grain of salt while tracking your food intake and activity level. Do the math on your own as it will be more accurate.
