@SouthwestAir A simple fix is to assign any passenger whose tickets are purchased via DTS (or have the govt fare code) a position of “B00”. No more uniform complaints; and DoD travelers would be more willing to choose SWA :-)

@BreakingAGame We truly appreciate serving our military and government personnel. Given the nature of some of our specialty fares, we have to verify some information at the ticket counter during the checkin process. Regardless, we appreciate any and all feedback. -Connor

@SouthwestAir FYI DoD and military individuals avoid SWA for official travel, as they can’t check-in 24h in advance and hence don’t have selection of seats. You should change your policies.
