I genuinely believe you can’t be objective if you can’t admit this because it was your team. I’ve watched basketball since the 90’s btw. So I know how soft things have become.

@ThunderHusky17 There are lots of variables. You can’t pinpoint just one and say ‘see that’s the series’. Injuries and story lines on both sides. Okc still the defending champs and are extremely good. But spurs are on the rise and played okc well. We won’t know until the games are played.

At some point people are going to realize that OKC only played 1 full effort game against the Spurs and blew them out in it right? They saw pieces of OKC’s full roster on a back to backs and 3 in 5’s. They intentionally played nobody the last game. Didn’t want to show their hand.

The Thunder have more western conference finals appearances than the Spurs since the team was created. The Spurs haven’t been the finals in 12 years, the western conference finals in 9 years, and the playoffs in 6 years. Where does there fanbase get this level of arrogance?
