Believe it or not, the law passing is not the end.
After Congress passes a law, federal agencies engage in rulemaking to create, amend, or repeal regulations that implement the statute, a process primarily governed by the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).
Agencies publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in the Federal Register, accept public comments on RegulationsDOTgov, and publish a final rule with a, generally, 30-day minimum delay before the rule takes effect.
If the law is the guardrails of the road, then the rulemaking is the instructions on how to effectively operate on the road.
As we saw with Genius, about a year later these rules start to take shape.
That means the real rules of Clarity will start to emerge in summer 2027 and continue into 2028.

Here is the Senate Calendar for May and June These are windows for the Clarity Act to pass the floor. May is invalid, as after next week they are in recess for the final week. June 1st through June 18th is the biggest window since it will take a few weeks to finalize and schedule. June 18th would be ideal. If not June 22nd through June 26th. This gets us to the House by July 1st. Later than this and things start becoming endangered.

There is a world in which $BTC simply doesn't go back below 74k (local invalidation on LTF).
There is a world in which it does, and in this world, it just means we have to be a little more patient.
I don't know which world we are currently living in, but the fact that I think there is a realistic chance that either is possible, excites me.
Will keep calm and understand that both outcomes are currently on the table. Will prepare accordingly. But I have to say- yes, there is a chance, we could be incredibly fucking close to the next expansion phase.
