Wat ik me afvraag @PaulHerygers @rvangucht , waarom stoppen ze volledig voor de schoenwissel? Kunnen ze niet beter de schoen er al opklikken zoals in triatlon? Voet eruit bij het afstappen en erin schuiven bij het uitrijden van de post.
Of zijn daar reglementen voor?

Due to force majeure problems, at the request of local authorities, all participants after the first two groups of the Elite men's race are stopped. Therefore, the only races that will be completed will be: Elite men and Elite women. Further information will follow.

What an act of disrespect by @FlandersClassic during the European Gravel Championship.
During the second lap we passed by a rider who passed away and then they ended the race for us what is correct! However the leading group is still racing and they had to pass the place again…

@WielerFlits Het moment dat ze tegen ons komen zeggen dat we moesten stoppen waren de eerste renners nog niet aan de finish, die hadden ze ook makkelijk kunnen doen stoppen uit respect voor de nabestaanden.. blijkbaar was de livestream belangrijker.
