@adityaag In my new book I say that great founders have "nesting doll" pitches, meaning a one-sentence pitch that opens up into a one-minute pitch that opens up until a 3-minute pitch, etc.

World building and story-telling is quickly approaching a lost art amongst startup founders. The push towards building fast and iterating leads to underbaked products with no soul, identity or connection (yes, even for b2b SaaS). Technology moats and network effects are harder than ever to come by. The art of telling a story though is something that is entirely in your control and can be learnt. You should have versions of the narrative that fit 30s, 5min, 20min and you should constantly be telling people about it. Practice, refine. Figure out what resonates with different people. This will pay off in big ways and small as you build your company.
