We MUST make sure as many eyes as possible are on this. Henry Nowak was a young boy that was stabbed, several times and then left by the police to bleed to death in the street because he was accused, by the man that stabbed him, of “saying something racist”. We must NOT allow this story to fade into the background! @TRobinsonNewEra @elonmusk @danwootton

After 18 months of “standing up to Putin” the Labour govt quietly issued a licence allowing imports of Russian oil refined in third countries. Yesterday Labour MPs voted AGAINST UK oil and gas licences. We are now importing from Russia instead of drilling in the North Sea. Insane.

BREAKING: UK waives some Russian oil sanctions, allowing imports of diesel and jet fuel processed in third countries from Russian crude (most likely supply chain: imports of Indian refined products produced by processing Russian crude). gov.uk/government/pub…

1-0 Newcastle, Woltemade. Hermansen overhits pass to Todibo. Barnes capitalises on mistake and assists Woltemade. Poor start.

Frankly West Ham deserve to go down. We’ve been shite for so long and that goal sums up the season.

I work within the British media. Let me tell all attendees of this event something… There are scores of my fellow media folk desperate for you to show violence and/or disorder. They are desperate to fill their front pages & their headlines with ‘racist’, ‘far-right’ etc. Even the smallest incidents will be amplified & will become the defining images. Agitators will be among you. On top of this, thousands of counter protesters will be close by, marching for their own cause (as is their right) and also to show rejection of yours. And on top of all this too, police will likely be heavy handed with you. If you’re attending today. You will be subject to provocation. Do NOT rise to it. If you do, you will shame yourselves & your cause. You will also give politicians even more excuses to clamp down on your free speech. Stay out of trouble and if you see any trouble near you, help calm it down. Don’t give outlets the headlines & images they are desperately craving... x.com/alanvibe/statu…

Since Oct. 7 Islamist extremists have marched through our streets with Jihadist banners, calls for violence and genocidal antisemitism. The government barely said a word. Suddenly today they are worried about extremism on our streets? The one-sided blindness here is shocking.

@hantsfanpodcast Currently we are 2 batters at least short and a second strike bowler is needed. We need a batting allrounder as an overseas if we want a real change maker. It’s hard to see past the doom at the mo

before anyone jumps on this and tells me something I already know about batting, bowling, team selection, signings. the point I am making is there is still a lot of cricket to be played. Doesn't feel like much can change but it can.

Thinking back to mid 2015 season which was the last time Hampshire lost three CC games in a row. James Vince took over the captaincy from Jimmy Adams. Next game and a 10th wicket partnership between Mason Crane and Lewis McManus scraped a draw vs Durham

@OllieHolt22 Win it? Feels a bit like they cheated jt. However you look at it they have had some very questionable help from VAR.

Forget VAR. The truth is there are simply an awful lot of people out there who cannot handle the idea that Arsenal might just win this thing. dailymail.com/sport/football…

I wouldn’t usually post a thread all about one decision in a 90 minute game of football, but today’s was so significant, and so outrageous, it has to be highlighted and discussed.

@SkySportsPL If you go in chronological order the foul on Pablo is first - penalty. You can try and defend the decision but not this way. So many fouls by the way, goal should have stood.

"You have to go in chronological order" "If it's not a foul on the goalkeeper, I think that's definitely a penalty" Dermot Gallagher says the decision to overturn West Ham's equaliser against Arsenal was the right call ✅

🚨🎙️| Joe Hart on West Ham’s disallowed equalizer vs Arsenal, accuses VAR of saving Arsenal’s title hopes: 🗣️“Listen, I don’t care what anyone says, that goal should’ve stood. VAR has absolutely ruined moments like that. West Ham fought for that equalizer and somehow they’ve found a way to disallow it for the softest little touch you’ll ever see. If that’s Arsenal scoring at the Emirates, nobody even checks it for more than five seconds. And this is what frustrates fans, Arsenal have lived off those scrappy, aggressive goals all season. Blocking keepers, crowding the six-yard box, little nudges here and there… suddenly when it happens against them, it’s ‘clear and obvious.’ Give me a break. I was a goalkeeper, I know when a keeper’s genuinely impeded and when he’s looking for help. There’s no way you can tell me that was enough contact for the goal to be overturned. The game’s gone soft. West Ham have been robbed, simple as that. You wonder why fans think certain clubs get favourable decisions because moments like this keep happening. Arsenal are in a title race and somehow every 50/50 call seems to land their way. That equalizer changes the whole atmosphere of the game and VAR bottled it. Absolutely bottled it.”

@DHurleybooks @GrazaWhu I think both arguments can be true. Moyes wouldn’t have us where we are, but the replacements have been poor. It’s a moot point as Moyes has gone Nuno isn’t perfect but better than potter (but then so is my Dog) so if we can survive we’ll be better. As long as sully goes!

@GrazaWhu I do broadly agree with this. But at the same time it’s gone SO wrong since he left, I think the other argument now is also fair. It all comes back to the contract being withdrawn for me,without that the rest of the season isn’t a shitshow, he stays and we aren’t where we are.

Freiburg are getting to the Europa league final. We literally beat them 5-0 two years ago for god sake. Now Im hoping Southampton will be promoted this year so we don’t have to play them. I’ll be honest guys, Im starting to think getting rid of Moyes hasn’t quite gone to plan.
