@G17Esiason I would search out an independent owned pharmacist who can advocate for you and then you support his/her local business. They can help navigate the complex insurance world and in some case they can help and sometimes they cant but at least you know they are trying.

Really not sure who the blame falls with here. Sure some customers may have either misused the app or phone tree and there’s probably little employees can do to troubleshoot certain problems in the moment… but seeing different people come in and leave saying “I can’t miss a dose tonight” makes the whole room feel tense.

Spent 45 minutes in a chain pharmacy tonight waiting on a medication refill and watched as about 20% of customers during peak commuting hour came in and left unsatisfied — either unable to get their medication or scheduled vaccine. Easy to see why so many people are fed up.

I might be completely done with restaurants. Prices are insane for mediocre food filled with terrible ingredients. Lots of food purchased from restaurant supply stores. Total trash for $150 a couple, and that’s not counting alcohol.
