The official docked Princeton a team point for this “headgear toss” following Rocco Camillaci’s win at 157 lbs. The dual ultimately ended 20–19 in Rider’s favor, with that single point proving decisive. Princeton would have won the dual on criteria otherwise. I understand the rule, but at this level, in that moment, it’s worth asking: should that be called? Curious to hear thoughts from coaches, officials, and fans- especially on consistency and discretion in these situations.

So, we can’t show emotion and drop headgear now?? Before I get the “rules are rules” comments please think back and realize how often acts that are actually flagrant go unpunished 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Sad that something like this can change the outcome of a dual meet…

@RINewsToday Gina Raimondo and others stealing the State Pension system and “Making a Pension Reform” to say they helped solve the problem. Why aren’t we getting the most qualified teacher in the State? Because you can go to Mass or Conn. and get a full pension. Why would you go to RI??
