I'm in the process of selling an investment property. Over the years, I've done very well with real estate, but I have to say... I HATE THE REAL ESTATE PROCESS! Too much BS, too long, back and forth about nonsense, lawyers, etc. I LOVE STOCKS! Click... you own it. You want out? Click... you're out! Actually... IT'S LIQUIDITY THAT I LOVE.

9/11/01 from a selfish trading perspective; I had returned to Chicago back from NYC. I turned on #CNBC like every other day before work, TV says there was an "office-fire" at the WTC, it looked bad but they said NYFD was on it, and no big worries. The second plane hit when I was at the office at 440 S. LaSalle (CBOE) in Chicago. I had no idea if there were 4 or 4000 planes in the air and I was responsible for a room full of traders with families. I told everyone to leave immediately and I would be responsible for their books. I assumed that as we were sitting on top of the #CBOE we were also a target. The market didn't open that day and I know we were short many thousands of airline puts naked. I assumed my firm was blown out and all of my capital would be gone. My NYC office was right by the crash site, I had no idea if those friends were dead, thankfully none died that day. #NeverForget #NeverForget911

The chance of an additional 25bps rate hike has significantly reduced as a function of today's CPI. To be clear, I mean above the 25 bps that is already priced in at the July #FOMC...so Sept and beyond.
