The Supreme Court has denied certiorari in this case.
Given the weirdness of this fact pattern ("Does the baseball exemption apply to Puerto Rico's league or just MLB?"), it's safe to say the Supreme Court isn't interested in hearing any baseball exemption cases anytime soon.

It looks like SCOTUS may have another chance to revisit baseball's antitrust exemption. The plaintiffs in Cangrejeros de Santurce v. Liga de Béisbol have filed for cert, and while the case is focused on the exemption's application to PR baseball, the petition goes much further.
