@LawrenceLepard Oh, I've read it. I get it. But I'm not believing that prudent and thoughtful policy is on the way. That being the case, Bitcoin, Gold and Real Estate seem to be the only logical move. And while the poor are out of resources , Washington will be fiddling.

@LawrenceLepard I'm trying to envision a scenario that fixes this without breaking something in the process. I'm at a loss. If that is the case, how does one best position oneself. Because, this is becoming obvious in plain sight.

Shout out to Ashley, our head writer of Pray40, for sharing her Story of Return with us today 🙏 Note we got today: "I know you have had some notable people leading us, and they are certainly terrific. But this session with Ashley hits different....in a good way. In a ...great way. Her innocence and authenticity permeates her entire story. The authentic first-person account of her life draws all of us into the highs and lows of her very personal journey. One that many listeners can identify with due to its gritty nature and real-world relatability. What is truly great about this session is that she, simply put...is one of us.” Couldn’t have said it better myself.

@mikealfred Do you think there is a similar movement with $IREN ? Are they, if not twins, cousins?

If we are going to lower the cost of healthcare for working families, we have got to focus on the right thing. Some would suggest more regulation. My article here suggests that we need to get to the root cause, the decay of our #health.

Prevention pays in health and $! @EDiSCompany "leads our industry nationally in the mitigation of metabolic syndrome — the cluster of conditions that drives healthcare costs nearly 70% higher per affected employee." 👏👏 via @BrianDiSab delawarebusinesstimes.com/news/viewpoint…

#Massachusetts can debate how much to tax because it has a proven engine that continuously produces high-wage earners through institutions like MIT, Harvard, and a globally dominant tech and biotech ecosystem. That engine creates opportunity & jobs for all Delawareans. #Delaware does not yet have that same engine. That means our margin for error is much smaller. Before we talk about taxing the base, we should be focused on building the base for working families across our state. When the base grows, working families grow with it.

@JordanmHowell Thanks for that nuance. I don't like posting misinformation, so, if you are correct, I appreciate the point.

In the coming years, Delaware is going to have to raise a lot more money. They can either cut spending dramatically, raise taxes or grow the tax base. Here is what happens when you raise taxes.. they move, making you have to.. raise more money!
Lark Davis@LarkDavis

Massachusetts introduced a millionaire tax. In 2023, 41,000 residents left the state taking $4.2 billion with them. 70% of that came from the top tax bracket. Money moves. Always has. Always will.

Delaware’s healthcare costs are among the highest in the nation—a major hurdle for our workforce and economy. 📉 As debate over Senate Bill 1 continues, @BrianDiSab looks at how a shift toward prevention and wellness can drive real results. delawarebusinesstimes.com/news/vwpt-disa…

This is what would happen if Delaware forgot that jobs create a tax base, and without both, we can't afford to do the things we need to get done. I'm afraid we are moving in this direction and will be playing catch-up in years to come. We need to get ahead of this by creating a pro-jobs agenda, lowering the barriers to business formation and inspiring innovation and growth.
Matt Whitlock@MattWhitlock

Kathy Hochul making a weak plea for wealthy people who have left New York (to red states like Florida) to come back to pay their high taxes to fund failing (unaccountable) social programs: “I need people who are high net worth to support the generous social programs we have in our state. Some patriotic millionaires who stepped up. Ok! Cut the me the checks. But if you want to supportive, maybe the first step should be go down to palm beach and see who you can bring back home

Momentum turning positive is a key shift, but there is a catch. This is not the first attempt. January already showed a failed ignition, where momentum turned positive but lacked follow-through and quickly reverted. The difference now is that momentum is recovering from deeper exhaustion. Even so, we still need to see it sustain above the transition zone and build toward the 0.5 inflection level. Without that, this risks becoming another short-lived spike rather than an expansion. Early signal, not confirmation.

Momentum exits extreme negative territory (-1) today. While the overall trend remains defensive, the pivot suggests a new bullish attempt. Will it gain the traction that January’s failed move lacked?

@BrianDiSab @willywoo Look at gold to see how long we’ve been in a bear market. It’s been over a year. $60k was the end of it.

Jerome Powell is a lame duck on his way out. He will spend his remaining garbage time needling Trump unnecessarily when he should be out admitting he was behind the curve and ultimately responsible for a spike in unemployment. The Fed is a scam. End the banking cartel. It’s time.
