PS: We rebranded Storelitix to Gruntable with a vision to give Finance and Operations back their time by letting AI do all the "grunt table works".

We know we need to build a platform that enables them to do this by themselves without knowing how to code. These all are made possible with the Generative AI like ChatGPT. Quote from Paul Graham, founder of Y Combinator "Do Things that Don't Scale".

Storelitix doesn't stop there, we realized that these finance operations problem where they need to manually process their data, is a global issue that doesn't have a solution other than hiring more people to do manual works.

What I did was simple, to create a python code that could process their monthly Excel file. What's meaningful for them is this can be scaled up to 40 stores (and more as they grow) with a single click.

Although they already have all these software and POS for UMKM, these softwares are rigid and doesn't always fit into the UMKMs use cases. With that problem, we (Storelitix) have to manually fix their data first in order so that their finance operations team can move forward.

Why you should do what doesn't scale when creating a startup. I started early this year with Storelitix where I'm helping my friend's business fixing their finance operations data processing.

Just to give you the sense, this UMKM already has 40+ stores all over Jabodetabek. However we realized that the first problem they have is inaccurate data.

This grows into a platform where we enable any finance operations team around the world to be able to automate their data processing. Our initial service was simple, we help SME (UMKM) in Indonesia to utilize their data for decision making.

However offering an hourly pricing proportional to the monthly price is also not favorable to the company.

@MertLovesAI @SerjKorj @DePlan_xyz Some features also might be unfair if we can use it hourly. For example Tradingview can watchlist +20 assets for free ones. Imagine users just pay 1 hour to watchlist 100 assets then never pay anymore.

@MertLovesAI @SerjKorj @DePlan_xyz From business perspective, we do get the profits from users who subscribe but don't use the product. With this model, the business will lose some portions of those who subscribe monthly because they will move to hourly.
