@jbt_13 @crazy30secs Literally cried laughing at this comment. Haha thanks
English

@crazy30secs I have two fists to fight. If dudes bringing two fists and two legs to fight, I’m walking away with mine 😂

@photoofadress @JonathanDumaine @WifeyAlpha He took the situation and used it as a reminder for everyone else.
English

@JonathanDumaine @WifeyAlpha I'm not saying wifey doesn't help us lowly peasants; the research shared is great.
You say time is an issue, and yet he took the time to respond to this person, and rather than spending that time constructively, he spent it mocking them. It's intentionally aggressive & unhelpful
English

@DanielJK101 @omnipotent32 No, pretty sure he meant for helping people in need. Not the one and only negative ignorant thing you could think of.

@Scrumptiousnou1 Great write up. Looks like the only thing that could effect the numbers is the reverse split possibility. Thanks for sharing it.
English

@Collegiate_Swag @Brian88738170 @SuzyStocks based on my understanding of currently available info this is how I think the share structure works out upon merger.

@GryphonMining im not sure if my assumptions are 100% correct but this is my analysis on the share price and merger situation. please let me know where I'm wrong.

This is a reverse stock split. For every 5 shares you own today, you'd receive 1 share, but theoretically the value would remain proportionate. $ANY

@SuzyStocks Could you help internalize the bullet “iii” of the proxy which says “…consolidate common shares on a one new common share for up to five old common shares basis”
English

@Brian88738170 @SuzyStocks (1/2) No. They are exchanging current shares. It’s like you have 10 $1 bills in your wallet - and some asks you to break change for their one $10 bill. value is the same - divisions are different.
If there are 200M float before at $3/each ($600M market cap)
English

@Collegiate_Swag @SuzyStocks Gryphon’s shares wouldn’t be part of the decrease though. They’d have to be added on which would increase the market cap, right?
English

@Brian88738170 @SuzyStocks No. The price per share would increase 5x but the outstanding shares decrease 5x .. no change to market cap
English

@SuzyStocks @Collegiate_Swag So on a 1:5 that means ANY shares would be valued at $15 each if the current price was at $3? Would that also mean all the gryphon shares would be valued at $15? That would put the market cap instantly at 2.5B on 150M shares. That seems way to high for today.
English

@saltybeartears @MJddreamer @omnipotent32 I mean an extreme example would be Sphere merging with Tesla. You’d gladly do a 1:100 reverse split. The conversion rate doesn’t matter, it’s the end result of what they are worth.
English

@saltybeartears @MJddreamer @omnipotent32 What do you want them to do instead though? Give Gryphon more shares where you can feel good about the “amount” of shares you have? It’s not going to effect the end value.
English

@MJddreamer @saltybeartears @omnipotent32 It’s a reverse split of 1:5 and not a 5:1 split. If 5 shares equaled $15 before now 1 share will equal $15. The value hasn’t changed.
English

@BigCFinancial Wow, great info. I must have missed it when reading the offering. Thank you for reply
English

@Brian88738170 Those PP shares purchased can't be sold for 1 year (on open market) - hence, locked up. Prevents instant dilution & forces longer term investment
English

@otc_facts Paul has been on there at that 0.06 offer for sev weeks. So far-no impact. OS hasn't changed much last 6 months. Share offer recently announced has a 1 yr lockup
English

@BlackbeardRR It’s 100 percent probable. Just because it bypasses the vaccinated doesn’t mean it stops the spread on the unvaccinated or alters the percentages of hospitalizations or deaths amongst the unvaccinated.
