@DanielJK101 Its not apples with apples. One has leverage one hasnt. If you use cfds with 70k as margin, or LEAP options for the same $70k deposit it would of destroyed the returns made by property. Maybe you havnt learnt how to use fiat correctly

A -30% correction would take out majority of property investors especially as mum & dad have guaranteed family purchases. Few understand-50% is coming. Complacency is very high thinking intervention will save them.
