The decision by the Prime Minister reminds us all of the disaster of Iraq and shows how we’re being drawn further and further down Trump’s slippery slope. The UK has to avoid being dragged into another war in the Middle East with no obvious end.

Yesterday I was taken aback by the amount of litter around bits of Gorton & Denton. Worse than where I live, or London, but part of a national story. Since 2020, in particular, it feels like this stuff is rampant. One local had briefly lived in Angola. Says it’s worse here!

The High Court has ruled the proscription of Palestine Action was unlawful. Today, human rights won. Today, we all won. The Court was clear: the Home Secretary can’t reach for the nuclear option simply because it makes policing easier.
