NEW: Video of the car crash that sent ESPN analyst Mike Miller to the hospital, where he had to have his arm amputated, has been obtained by @nypost. Miller was involved in a head-on collision with a semi-truck on a 2 lane road in Jasper County, Missouri, last month. Missouri State Highway Patrol officials reported that Miller was wearing a seatbelt “during the crash and due to the extensive damage, the seatbelt ripped, and Miller was ejected from his Ford Bronco. According to a GoFundMe set up by Miller's family, he had to have his left arm amputated while also suffering “a compound fracture of his left femur, a shattered left kneecap,” and “multiple broken ribs.” A witness reported to the MSHP that, “I witnessed the Bronco just a hard swerve into the semi’s lane. The semi tried to swerve. It made contact. I haven’t ever seen a car explode like that. I ran to the Bronco and there was no one in the vehicle. I heard groaning behind me. I saw a man laying in the grass. I called 911.” MSHP has reported the semi-truck driver was not injured and not under the influence of alcohol or marijuana. Miller said in a post on X that he has had multiple successful surgeries and is stepping away from his role at ESPN indefinitely to “best focus on my healing and recovery.”

Another example of ego costing someone their life over absolutely nothing of value. According to police, Bart Diguglielmo (62) got into an argument with a woman over a parking spot in a Lauderhill, FL Walmart parking lot. The woman pulled her carry gun and told Mr. Diguglielmo to back up & "walk away" but he didn't. She shot him once in the abdomen, killing him. Attempted murder... on a school bus. That's exactly why I don't trust just anybody around my child. Until l've met the parents and understand the environment they're coming from, it's a no for me. You never know what mindset someone has been shaped by. And that level of anger doesn't come from nowhere it usually starts at home.

The story is true(ish), but the video is fake. The first clue was there were scenes of police vehicles from St. Louis and Portland (and a few others). The attack did occur, but the boy wasn't hospitalized. This happened in 2023 in Fairfax, Virginia. The boys mom ended up pulling the boy out of school and sending him to a different school. I know we are all suffering from fatigue, but there isn't any reason to make the story worse than it already is. Yes, I think the girl should be removed from school and sent to a juvenile hall. But, she didn't try and murder someone. It's been three years though, she might have by now.
