I rarely talk about huge commercial projects and investments but look at this good people. If you pull this off in a strategic locality my friend you have tenants begging you for space . Aesthetics really matter too in these residential or commercial centres/hubs. For hospitals people tend to flock in as long as you keep a good reputation. The building itself can raise the value of businesses inside. The perception of competence is already conceived by first glance.
