Still don't know how long this place will remain useful but I'll definitely do my part to encourage people to the other site so I can spend less time here.

I was late in the game joining Twitter, and it was humbling and joyous to see the reaction and feedback to what I shared here. I'm sorry that the direction of the site has turned so cannibalistic. I hope you'll join me on Bluesky.

I've already been reducing my participation here in the hopes that the community on Bluesky will grow and be a viable alternative. So far I'm much happier there. If you like what I share then I'll be at least as active there as I ever was here.

I create art for a living. It's my joy in life. I love sharing it because my desire is to offer up what makes me happy in the hope it can make others happy too. But I'm angry to be forced into allowing Twitter's AI to scrape and amalgamate my art into their image generator.

I am in San Antonio TX for the ACFI convention this weekend. I had to fly out which meant I had to rent a car. I signed up for a cheap compact economy car and this is what was waiting for me in the rental spot when I arrived. This is some new definition of “compact economy”.

By the way, next weekend I'll be in San Antonio, TX attending the Alamo City Furry Invasion convention. First time doing a convention in Texas and hopefully not the last. Hope to see some folks I never see at cons in other regions. :D :D

It’s time for Furry Migration and my table is assembled and art tools are arrayed for action! 3rd con in a row for me and boy are my arms tired! Wait, what?

Life has been a blur. Indyfurcon a week and a half ago, last weekend was Megaplex, and this coming weekend is Furry Migration. I’ve arrived in Minneapolis just now after 26 hours driving since starting Monday morning in Orlando. I’m bushed and ready to collapse into bed.
