Honestly, I don't know how much Mike Elias is to blame. But this team has now had 3 managers, 2 owners, 183 hitting coaches, and brought in how many players to turn around their fortunes? And they still suck. The only thing they haven't done is fire the GM. Maybe it's time...

@PaulValleIII The organization too to bottom is far better under the Elias years. I like Buck as much as anyone does. Elias has completely rebuilt the farm and bottom up we are consistently deeper and hopefully better for it.

@BricenWeeks His teams have produced 3 winning seasons in 9 years. Buck Showalter was and always will be the best thing to happen to this organization since the turn of the century. Its been 4 years since the rebuild ended. They have nothing to show for it.
