This mom let her 1-month-old baby taste homemade food for the first time… and the pure joy on that little face melted millions of hearts.🥹 How old was your baby before you started feeding them homemade food?

@vlok_andre @LouisGq It’s pretty easy to tell who created an account when it’s still new. Look at who the account is following. 😉

I’ve been thinking a lot about how we talk about choice as if all of us are standing in front of the same set of options in life. But we’re not. A lot of the choices I’ve made in my life made complete sense to me at the time because of what I knew, what I had seen, what I had experienced, and what I believed was possible for me. And I think that’s true for most people. Sometimes we look back at old versions of ourselves and wonder, “Why did I stay there so long?” or “Why did I think that was enough?” or “Why didn’t I just choose differently?” But different from what? If you’ve only been exposed to a certain way of loving, living, surviving, working, dreaming … then naturally your choices will come from within that world. I think many of us are making decisions from environments we didn’t choose, beliefs we inherited, fears we absorbed, and limitations we learned very early in life. Even the things we desire are often shaped by what we’ve been taught to value. And I don’t say that in a hopeless way. If anything, I find it grounding. Because it’s made me realise how important exposure is. Sometimes one conversation, one environment, one relationship, one opportunity can completely change what a person believes is possible for themselves. Maybe that’s what growth really is. Not suddenly becoming a different person, but slowly seeing beyond the walls of what you once thought life could be.

@DrMom_Cooks We did freight train ntoni ntoni many years back. Drove to CPT and weren’t about the drive back. Cost a few thousand but was best option. Just don’t know if they offer such now. Just realised this doesn’t help you with details 😅🫣

I’m so fascinated by the ladies who put on make-up for morning gym - afternoon make-up I just assume you came from work, meeting, social etc. Morning is like you really woke up an extra few minutes earlier to blend and blush… you can definitely take over the world.
